Disabling Pop-Up Blockers To Access Your Account

Follow the steps below in accordance with your internet browser

 

Internet Explorer:

  1. Click the “gear” icon in the upper right area of the browser window
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Go to the Privacy tab
  4. Uncheck the option labeled “Turn on Pop-up Blocker” & close the window
  5. Close your web browser and re-open to apply changes.  
  6. For your protection, you should reactivate your Pop-up Blocker after your payment is made.

 Firefox:

  1. Click the menu icon   in the upper right corner of your browser
  2. Select the button
  3. Select Privacy & Security on the left hand side of the screen
  4. Uncheck the box for Block pop-up windows located in the Permissions area
  5. Close the Options tab and proceed.
  6. Close your web browser and re-open to apply changes.  
  7. For your protection, you should reactivate your Pop-up Blocker after your payment is made.

 Safari 12+ (MacOS):

  1. Click Safari in the browser menu, located at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Preferences when the drop-down menu appears, to open Safari's General Preferences dialog box.
  3. Click on the Websites then click Pop-up Windows in the lower left pane.
  4. Change the "When visting other websites" drop-down in the lower right corner to Allow.
  5. Close your web browser and re-open to apply changes.  
  6. You may also need to clear your web browser history if you are still experiencing errors.
Safari (MacOS Older versions):

  1. Click Safari in the browser menu, located at the top of the screen.
  2. Click on the Security tab to open the Security Preferences window.
  3. Close your web browser and re-open to apply changes. 
  4. In the Web content section, put a check box next to the option called Block pop-up windows.
    If this check box is already selected, then Safari's integrated pop-up blocker is currently enabled.

Google Chrome:

  1. At the top right, click More (looks like 3 dots stacked).
  2. Click Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click the Advanced drop down.
  4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
  5. Under "Pop-ups and redirects," de-select the option for “Blocked”
  6. Close your web browser and re-open to apply changes.  
  7. For your protection, you should reactivate your Pop-up Blocker after your payment is made.

 Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click on Settings and more (three dots icon)  > Settings  > Privacy & security.
  2.  Scroll down to Security
  3.  Switch Block pop-ups to Off. 
  4. Close your web browser and re-open to apply changes.  
  5. For your protection, you should reactivate your Pop-up Blocker after your payment is made.
